I slapped togeather a basic site for GPeriodic, put the sources up there
for ftp, and moved the CVS archive to the site as well.

I set up a cron job to provide a daily snapshot of the CVS archive (not that
I think there'll be development on a daily basis, but you'll always be
able to get the most recent sources from that, even if no one has packaged
them as a release).
