I think pretty much everyone here is familiar with it.  I just spent several 
days setting it up for my first time.  Yes, several days -- it took a long 
time to tweak all the stuff I didn't like about it because there is NO single 
place (or at least none I could find) that lists all of the files that must 
be altered if your installation doesn't conform to the preset defaults.

Today I got to wipe it all out and start over so that I can document 
everything.  At some point I hope to contribute my docs back to the project.

Anything in particular you want to know?  I might not be your best resource 
because the place I'm installing it is not a K12 environment, nor do I have 
any K12 experience.
