You're looking for something that turns your Windoze box into a router.
IMHO, it's much easier the other way round.

But if you insist, then get hold of

or other similar packages out there.

If possible, let us know how badly the solution fares so we will have
some advice to add to SEUL's future howtos in favour of the Linux
solution ;P
