The letters of the logo give the impression of an old fashion out of date
organization.  The type of letters of the present logo is more appealing.

I imagine that if you keep the sun and rays of the new logo, use modern
lettering in Green color, and remove the grass at the bottom.  The grass is
crowding the logo.
