[seul-edu] qtx3

Had a look at QtX3. - A set of user-friendly software to access and manipulate
the Intel Play QX3 microscope.

https://sourceforge.net/projects/qtx3/

Intel is no longer manufacturing this device. See
http://support.intel.com/support/intelplay/avail.htm

I don't think its suitable for a package of general use applications. It may
be appealing to schools that have this device, the software is of no use to
schools that don't already have a QX3 microsope.

It has two unusual dependencies

Its is dependent on having an Intel Play QX3 microscope. If the school does
not have the mirocsope then the application is useless. I'll repeat these
are no longer being produced by Intel

Even if the scope is availabe the linux system may not support it by default.

QTX3 depends upon a CPIA (Colour Processor Interface ASIC) kernel module.

Assuming that most systems don't have this kernel module - it would mean
recompiling the kernel.
