elisp tutorial lesson 02 online

hi folks,

lesson 02 of my elisp tutorial is now online.  i say "my" rather than
"the" because apparently there already exists a pretty thorough elisp
tutorial:

but, i'm going to continue w/ this one anyway since it helps me learn
html, etc.  for those just tuning in, this is part of project ADHOC.
