Looks pretty slick.  Misses on a couple of my criteria.  It's not GPLed,
and I'm not sure it's geared to the K12 setting.  I want teachers in the
schools to be able to administer student and staff accounts in their own
school but not in somebody else's.  I want configuration options to be
available but not overwhelming.
