Yes it is, for a long time now. The name of the school is "La Futaie" 
and it is located in Watermael-Boisfort, here in Brussels.

It is also used at some "Youth Houses", though I couldn't give you more 
than one name: FoSCuP (http://www.foscup.be).

You may find more information about Plume (including pictures) on 
http://plume.bxlug.be.

It is currently heavily dependent on Debian, and I think it will 
continue this way.
