[seul-edu] New Educational App - QuizzShow

QuizzShow is an application for creating and playing game shows somewhat 
along the lines of Jeopardy - it was written for conducting reviews in class 
-  It was written using the community edition of Kylix (Delphi for Linux) and 
is released under the GPL.  

The current version works, but is not feature rich - at present, the 
questions need to be edited within Kylix and recompiled.  The next version 
will include a module for creating, editing, storing and retrieving games in 
text files.
