If you have identical hardware, Norton Ghost's multicast feature is
spectacular. If not, you really should download InstallRite from
http://www.epsilonsquared.com/  It will take an install from one PC,

track the changes it made to the registry and the hard drive, and
make a simple installer that will duplicate these changes on other
computers. It has a "silent" install option, which can be run
without the user even knowing it has been run.

If you have a login script where you could run the executable, your
problem is solved.
