I checked the reviews

looking specifically for quiz apps. Unfortunately there are no reviews
of the apps by users (as yet!).
So, I turn to you and ask:
Can you recommend a quiz app based on PHP and MySQL that allows users to
create and questions and answers via a browser?
I've found two that are OS:

this one has pretty good documentation and looks promising but anyone
had any experience with it as yet?
Are there others that use MySql or PHP not on the list you can
recommend? Many thanks!
