[seul-edu] New educational app--presentation

electure is a free software-package to facilitate the design and
presentation of electronic lectures. It has evolved from a real
course in a real university environment and is thus no highly
sophisticated scheme, but it works.

The guiding idea was to build a system that is simple to use for
lecturers, who are familiar with writing web-documents (with
html-editors or directly as html-code) but not experts in
web-software. It is easily possible to insert and combine existing
web-documents.
