graphical programming

Last week, I saw  a  graphical  programming  package HP-VEE (runs on
Win95, UNIX, etc.) which makes  very  easy  even  the  most  complex
application tasks.  There's a demo at:

SEUL   could   have   a   **similar   tool**   both    for    system
configuration-customization,  application  integration  and whatever
else it may come handy for.
