SEUL: Corsica back online tomarrow

Corsica goes back into the NOC on a fast connection tomarrow morning.

She will again be available for uploads of any development stuff people
want to share. Sorry for any bouncing email while DNS has been hosed, it
has been due mostly to remote sites cacheing name information for a long
time and me taking longer than expected to get her disk woes corrected.
