SEUL: OSS project leadership suggestions

Our own Douglas Ort has written a guide to effective leadership as it
applies to OSS projects.  You can read it at:

I hope each of our project leaders (or other project leaders, for that
matter; I'm going to make sure its existence becomes known) will get
some useful ideas from it.  If you have questions about what you read
there, ask them on seul-edu.  I'm sure Douglas will respond to them.
