seul-seg is designed as a list for a select group of end-user from various fields (home, office, student, etc.) to form an "Expert Group". Questions may be posed to this list via the group leader, Aldo-Pier Solari (solaris@seul.org), who will review it, post it to this list, and gather responses.

It is a closed list, and only members can send mail to it. This is to keep the end-user discussions "pristine" or "virgin".
