 Pidgin leaks DNS requests when using the XMPP protocol.

 When Pidgin connects to an XMPP server, it makes a DNS request using the
 system's resolver.

 This is also our general ticket for auditing Jabber/XMPP support in Pidgin
 - if we find that it's safe, we'll be ready to enable it in TIMBB again.
