Comment:

 See branch "bug4572" in my public repository.  Should be trivially
 correct.  I made the option "OBSOLETE" rather than removing it entirely,
 so that any authorities that have
 "GiveGuardFlagTo_CVE_2011_2768_VulnerableRelays 0" in their torrc won't
 fail on upgrade.
