 After setting HashedControlPassword, I'm able to connect to the control
 port without being prompted for my password. Further, I can actually
 manually change the hash (for example, I can change the last few
 characters all to 'F'), and arm is still able to connect without prompting
 me. I've attached my torrc with the nickname and contact info removed.
