 The current glossary for Tor related translations as all words
 capitalized, as it can be seen on the [https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-
 glossary.git/blob/refs/heads/master:/glossary_en.txt last revision].

 This is confusing because it makes it unclear which words are plain noun
 or verbs, and which words are names like "Tor Browser Bundle". The later
 should probably always be capitalized when the former depends on the
 language.
