 In 2014 we have two semi-official build methods including automated gitian
 and vagrant build methods for TBB. If I understand correctly, this ticket
 suggests maintaining build documentation for a third hand-rolled build
 method. If this is as impractical as it seems, it might be best to close
 this ticket.

 There's no need to do away with hand-rolled build scripts of course, but
 maintaining their documentation for new users and official builds when
 neither are relevant might be a poor use of engineering time?
