 Two things I noticed while looking at
 http://globe.rndm.de/canary/index-11411.html, which are probably unrelated
 to the fix there:

  - The results list of relays does not have a Running column.  That's
 actually one of the important columns, so can we maybe take out the OR and
 Dir port numbers and put in the Running column?

  - When changing browser width, the table header row does not scale, but
 the content rows do.
