 I'm a little worried that some dumb site may break by expecting all
 Firefox user agents to have these APIs, but they are moz prefixed, so
 hopefully that won't happen.

 I tested playing youtube, bing, and yahoo screen videos with this pref
 disabled. They all seemed to work OK.
