 I tried to obtain a Tor download link from get_tor(at)riseup.net using OTR
 but your XMPP account doesn't seem to be set up for OTR.

 Would you consider enabling that option? (Or perhaps there's a good reason
 for not enabling it?)

 Thanks for creating so many alternative ways for people to get Tor.
