Comment:

 Had several interesting chats with Roger (thanks!). Few updates...

 * Torrc entries have a bug making them
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/18840 order sensitive].
 For now DirAuths should have **identical ordering**.
 * The torrc option is **RecommendedPackages**, not
 RecommendedPackageVersions. This is a
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/18839 bug in the manual].
 * We'll need **three DirAuths** to vote on these lines.

 The url is intended to be a json file with additional application
 metadata. As such there's a few things I need to do on my side first.
 Reassigning this to Nyx until I have the resource ready.
