 The current homepage of Atlas is styled using custom CSS rules. The
 Bootstrap stylesheet offers similar functionality with its `hero-unit`
 class (newer versions of Bootstrap call this class `jumbotron`). Relying
 more on the Bootstrap stylesheet reduces the amount of custom CSS.
