 First thing here is to review

  * usability tickets for the updater:

 All these tickets were selected back in the day when we were creating
 sponsor17 proposal.

 So we should read what is going on at these tickets to define the problems
 we will try to fix.

 Once we have the problems defined is when we will start drafting
 solutions.
