 The process was that someone files a ticket, the list gets deleted and the
 list entry at https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/emailLists
 is also deleted. So we never listed old/retired/inactive lists somewhere.
 However if someone looks at the
 [[https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/emailLists?action=history|history
 of the wiki page]] it is easy to find out what existed in the past.

 When reading [[comment:3]]  I'm not sure what should happen with the
 archive which resides on the harddrive. When I delete the list, I can
 remove the archive and https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-news/
 (or similar pages) will disappear or I can delete just the mailing list
 and the archive is still available. Could you tell which way I should go?
