In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1358060 Mozilla
implemented a feature which delays requests Firefox deems to be stemming
from trackers (see: https://www.janbambas.cz/firefox-57-delays-requests-
tracking-domains/ for more details).
This is thought of having performance improvements but can as well lead to
sites being loaded worse depending on how they are built.
We have disabled Firefox's tracking protection as we want to provide
privacy by design and there are other features of those lists we don't
like. We should investigate whether:
a) tracking protection gets used through the backdoor with this new
feature
b) if so, what this means for the privacy properties we care about
c) if so, if we think that's okay with our current policies regarding
list-based tracker tracking
d) if not, whether we should activate it as Firefox does
