 It has worked previously, and I managed to get it to work inside an oracle
 VM and was able to replicate the problem by turning off the VM's virtual
 network card and then attempting to launch Torbrowser with extremely
 similar log errors. So whatever is going on would have to do with some
 stunt that Microsoft is pulling on the azure platform.
