 Okay, then let's figure out which is the first version where you can't
 reset the `security.sandbox.content.level` preference because the URL bar
 is unresponsive (see above for a link to older Tor Browser versions). Does
 the last version where this works still get rid of the blank page by
 setting `security.sandbox.content.level` to `0` (and I guess you get the
 "Gah!..." in that case again)?
