 I have installed Firefox(ESR) and Tor(8.0.8) on my desktop and
 Firefox(regular) in C-drive - Program-Files.

 Yes, its working if I install Firefox(ESR) like last time. I know the
 problem will arise again.
 (Tested this step now and Tor is now its working)
