 As described in https://gitweb.torproject.org/tor-browser-
 spec.git/tree/proposals/103-selfsigned-user-safety.txt - we can validate
 untrusted certificates via a separate circuit to ensure the exit node is
 not performing a TLS MITM attack on end users.
