 I can't see dispatch_queue_t in Tor's code.

 Perhaps we're defining some preprocessor symbols, or including a header
 that conflicts with dispatch_queue_t's header.

 We don't know which release this bug was introduced in. But Tor 0.4.0.6
 does not have this error.
