 Of all the tickets I've assigned to you so far, this is the most urgent
 and important one. It could save us all a lot of confusion (and debugging
 time) in future.

 It would be really useful to have it done in the next few weeks, before we
 ask relay operators to test IPv6 reachability self-checks.
