 In particular, the URL bar formatting should highlight eTLD+1 as if
 `${tld}.securedrop.tor.onion` is equivalent to `${tld}`.

 While the currently implementation should not have any security
 implications, and the current highlighting is only a visual indicator, we
 should provide meaningful support for this.
