 It seems Orbot is using the "HALT" command instead of "SHUTDOWN". However,
 I tried switching to "SHUTDOWN" and it worked fine, as well, with Tor
 0.4.2.5. I will build 0.4.2.7 and see if anything is different.

 I was also trying to find documentation on the different, but couldn't.
