 This looks good!

 - As stated on #28531, it would be also nice to test our GetTor providers
 and distributors.

 - The [https://gitlab.torproject.org/torproject/anti-
 censorship/emma/-/blob/master/resources.go#L56 list of domains] is now
 unused in `resources.go`
