I have "analysis and progress on bufferevents" written down, if by "for
this timeline" means "Sep 2010 deliverables". This probably means merging
it and running it ourselves until it no longer breaks. At that point, if
stuff's all right, we can try to get bug reports from others.
This is assuming that WSAENOBUFS (Bug #98) is the critical-path real
windows problem, and it's not half-open connection limiting or something.
Post-sep2010, we should put effort into tracking down the reason(s) _why_
the median lifetime of a windows server is 10 hours.
