 0003 changes some .o to .c; seems wrong.  ah. 0004 and 0006 change them
 back.  Okay.

 In 0007, why change nodist_man_MANS to man_MANS?  The idea was that the
 tor.1 file (and its allies) would be generated from tor.1.in, and that we
 would distribute tor.1.in.  With this change, it seems we're distributing
 tor.1, which should immediately get rebuilt.  What's going on with that?
