Here's another one:
Aug 17 20:13:28.000 [notice] pathbias_count_first_hop(): Bug: A new
circuit is in cpath state 2 (opened: 0). Circuit is a General-purpose
client currently doing handshakes. [45 similar message(s) suppressed in
last 600 seconds]
This one is even weirder. It's not clear what the hell is going on with
that circuit.
