See 8384e94 in mikeperry/bug6647. Should I rebase everything in there into
one commit for the debugging+log stuff for #6475 and a second commit for
#6647? We can then merge that, and then make an additional, separate
commit to master for bumping the logs back up for 0.2.4.x.
Also, FWIW, I'm also pummeling this on a test hidden service. It has
completed ~8000 hidden service circuits without hitting any of the log
messages...
