I've been trying to permanently disable some of the built in rulesets that
are causing me issues (specifically the "Google Search" ruleset); but it
seems as though you cannot permanently disable them. They do disable
temporarily during the current session; but once Firefox is restarted,
they are reenabled. There seems to be no pattern, as I just tried to
disable every Google ruleset, then rebooted and all but one of them
reenabled themselves. Then I rebooted again, and the one that didn't
reeenable during the first reboot did reenable during the second reboot.
