 The tor man page has stanzas in the FILES section for cached-status (now
 obsolete), cached-descriptors, cached-routers. But nothing for cached-
 consensus (we missed it for 0.2.x.y) and nothing for cached-microdesc-
 consensus or cached-microdescs (not too late).
