 As discussed in #8542, we have a script that uploads the packages to
 Dropbox; it is ready to generate links that can be distributed with GetTor
 (both over HTTP and HTTPS). Code is available

 here].

 The next step would be integrating this with GetTor. There are many ways
 in which this can be done but I had be happy to start with what `kaner`
 has in mind.
