We currently have a number of postfix virtual aliases with varying
membership. In order to make management cleaner and which aliases have
which members, I propose to migrate everything to mailman lists. The
membership of these lists can be seeded by who is on the current aliases.
We can further restrict membership to require a moderator approval or
invite-only. We don't keep archives.
When we have a list admin or co-admins, they can help maintain the lists,
or find a moderator to own these lists.
The current aliases we have are:
donations, jobs, grants, execdir, accounting, social, travel, tor-weather,
torproject-admin,
