 Tor Browser is designed to be usable even for individuals who don't have
 Admin rights on the machine they are using. Tor Browser installs itself on
 Windows without requiring Administrative privileges.   Tor Browser won't
 work correctly if it's installed to a location where your user doesn't
 have execution privileges, such as Program Files. We also advise against
 running Tor Browser as Administrator. I suggest you reinstall Tor Browser
 to a location in your user directory, such as your Documents, Desktop, or
 Downloads folders.
