 Looks good, my only concern is that the `BucketManagerTest` class has a
 `setUp()` but no `test_*()` methods, so it won't get run, but having a
 basis for setting up the tests doesn't hurt. I'll try to see about adding
 some test methods to that class.

 This is merged into develop for version 0.2.4.
