 meejah and I discussed yesterday that we should test the rewritten Weather
 with some real data.  I can create a copy of the original database and run
 that in a Vagrant box with the rewritten Weather code.  Maybe that brings
 up new issues that we can then write unit tests for.  Just let me know
 when the code is ready.
