 OK... I'm 95% of the way to having this Ansible role install tor...
 See recent git commits.

 The problem I'm running into right now is that not all PlanetLab nodes are
 the same...
 Various nodes seem to be incompatible in various ways. I will try to
 figure out a workaround
 or try to detect when a node will be incompatible so we don't waste time
 trying to configure it.
